Activation & Delivery
Placing orders, automated delivery, and basic console operationsHow soon can I use it after purchasing?
Fully automated delivery — initialization typically completes within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. You'll receive a notification by email and in the console, including your login credentials. If activation hasn't happened after 10 minutes, please contact support.
How do I power on, off, or restart the device?
Go to the order detail page in the console. The action bar at the top has three buttons — Power On, Shut Down, and Restart — to remotely control your device's power state in real time.
Where can I see my device specs?
Log in to the console and click on the relevant order. In the detail page, the "Device Info" section shows the full hardware spec: model (Mac Mini M4), CPU cores (10), memory (16 GB), storage (256 GB NVMe SSD), bandwidth (1 Gbps dedicated), and public IPv4 address.
Remote Access
VNC web client, SSH command line, and third-party remote toolsHow do I connect via VNC remote desktop?
Log in to the console, find your order, and click the VNC button. A browser-based VNC client will open directly — no software installation needed — and you'll be inside your macOS desktop.
Tip: You'll need to enter a VNC password on your first connection. You can find it under "Access Credentials" on the order detail page in the console.
How do I connect via SSH?
The full SSH command is available under "Access Credentials" on the order detail page in the console:
ssh admin@ -p
Paste and run it in a macOS/Linux terminal or Windows PowerShell. The password is also in the credentials section.
Can I use third-party remote desktop tools?
Absolutely. You get full macOS system access, so you can install any remote tool you prefer — Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Tailscale, etc. — or simply enable the built-in macOS Screen Sharing service.
Hardware & Network
Hardware specs, bandwidth, node selection, and optional interconnect servicesIs this a dedicated physical machine or a virtual machine?
Dedicated bare-metal — no virtualization. Each user gets one real Mac Mini M4, with exclusive access to all CPU, memory, and storage. No resource contention, 100% performance.
Is the bandwidth and IP address dedicated?
Yes. Each device has a dedicated public IPv4 and an exclusive 1 Gbps network port — bandwidth is never shared. If you need multi-machine networking, you can add the Thunderbolt 5 interconnect service (80 Gbps).
What is the "Thunderbolt 5 Interconnect" service?
It's a VukCloud premium multi-machine networking add-on. Using the 80 Gbps Thunderbolt 5 interface, multiple Mac Minis are directly physically connected to form a high-performance compute cluster. Ideal for iOS build farms, render clusters, distributed AI inference, and other multi-machine workloads. Can be added at checkout.
What's the difference between nodes?
All nodes have identical hardware specs and pricing — the only difference is geographic location and network coverage:
- Singapore: Low latency across Southeast Asia, ideal for regional businesses
- Japan: Core East Asia node, stable and low-latency
- Korea: Targeted at Korea and surrounding markets
- Hong Kong: Mainland China-friendly connectivity
- US East: Low latency for the US East Coast
All nodes are deployed in Tier 3+ data centers with dedicated IPv4 and 1 Gbps exclusive bandwidth.
Billing & Invoices
Billing cycles, order status, auto-renewal, and payment methodsWhat billing cycles are available?
We currently offer four billing cycles:
| Cycle | Total | Per Day |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | $20.8 | $20.8 / day |
| Weekly | $56.1 | $8.01 / day |
| MonthlyRecommended | $103.9 | $3.46 / day |
| Quarterly | $282.6 | $3.14 / day |
How do I check my order status and expiry date?
Log in to the console. The left sidebar lists all your orders and their current status (Running / Expired / Pending Payment). Click any order to view its expiry date, days remaining, and full transaction history.
Will my service auto-renew after expiry?
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. A reminder email is sent before expiry. You can disable auto-renewal in the console at any time — your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle without interruption. Daily rentals are one-time payments with no renewal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus other payment methods supported by Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit TLS encryption — no card details are stored.
Account & Security
Account registration, password reset, and managing multiple devicesHow do I register?
Click Sign In / Register in the top-right corner and enter your email address. The system will automatically detect whether to register or log you in. New users complete registration by entering an email verification code and setting a password — about 1 minute in total.
What if I forget my password?
Open the Sign In page, enter your email, and click "Forgot password?". Verify your identity via email code and you can set a new password.
Can one account manage multiple devices?
Yes. A single account can order and manage multiple Mac Minis. All orders are listed in the left sidebar of the console for centralized, at-a-glance management.
Tickets & Troubleshooting
Contacting technical support and self-troubleshooting steps when a device is unresponsiveHow do I contact technical support?
- Ticket system (recommended): Log in to the console → click "Technical Support" → describe your issue. We respond within 2–24 hours.
- Email: Send to [email protected]. Please include your account email and order number for faster resolution.
What should I do if the device is unresponsive?
We recommend troubleshooting in the following order:
- Click Restart in the console and wait 2–3 minutes before retrying
- If still unreachable after restart, try Shut Down → wait 30 seconds → Power On
- Check your local network and confirm you can reach the node's IP address
- If none of the above work, submit a ticket with your order number — we'll prioritize it
