How This Agreement Takes Effect
This agreement is between you and VukCloudThis document is the User Service Agreement. "You" refers to the account holder or actual user.
Any of the following actions constitutes acceptance of this agreement in full:
- Clicking "Agree", "Confirm", or similar buttons during registration, sign-in, or checkout;
- Accessing the website, console, or API in any way;
- Completing the account activation process.
If you do not accept any term, please stop using the service immediately. Users under 18 may not register or use the service.
What We Provide
Remote compute powered by Apple Silicon hardware such as Mac Mini M4Core service capabilities include (subject to actual deployed features):
- Dedicated bare-metal rental by cycle (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
- SSH command-line access
- VNC graphical desktop access
- Public internet connectivity and bandwidth allocation
- Basic technical support
We may modify, add, or remove features without prior notice. The platform is the source of truth for actual delivery; no compensation is owed for feature changes.
Accounts & Credentials

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for any consequences of providing false information. Each user may only hold one primary account.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and credentials secure. All actions taken under your account are considered your own. If you discover unauthorized access, notify us immediately via ticket. We cannot be held responsible for actions that occurred before the reported breach.
No Transfer
You may not sell, lend, or sublease your account or its privileges without written authorization. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Acceptable Use
Resources may only be used for lawful purposes and must comply with applicable lawsAny of the following will result in immediate service termination without refund:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Network attacks, DDoS, scanning, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
- Sending spam or conducting phishing
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or similar threats
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
- Operating proxies, VPNs, or large-scale traffic relays without written permission
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Damaging platform infrastructure, network stability, or other users' interests
- Attempting to circumvent security or technical restrictions
Pricing & Renewal

Fees are denominated in USD and must be paid in advance before service begins. Confirmed billing cycles (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly) cannot be shortened, and payments made are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal
If auto-renewal is not disabled in the console before the end of the current cycle, the system will automatically charge and renew for the same cycle.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Prices for already-purchased cycles remain unchanged; new pricing takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Taxes
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the service.
Operations & Maintenance
We aim for monthly network availability targets; maintenance windows are communicated separatelyAvailability Target
We target monthly network availability of 99.0% (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure). This is a best-effort goal and does not constitute a legally binding SLA.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible; emergency maintenance may be performed without notice. Downtime during maintenance windows is excluded from availability calculations.
Fair Use
Each instance has defined CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth specifications. If your usage patterns unreasonably impact the shared network or other tenants, we may throttle or suspend the affected resources without prior notice.
Backup & Retention
We do not perform automatic backups on your behalf; data will be wiped after expiryData backup is entirely your responsibility. We accept no liability for data loss or unrecoverability caused by any reason, including but not limited to:
- Hardware failure or accidental damage
- Deletion following service termination or account suspension
- User error or software defects
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
After subscription expiry or service termination, instance data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours. This action is irreversible. Please migrate any important data before then.
Content & Branding
Platform UI and code belong to us; content you upload remains yoursThe website UI, brand assets, copy, components, software, and API documentation are VukCloud intellectual property, protected by law. They may not be copied, derived from, or redistributed without permission.
Data you store in your instance remains yours. To perform hosting and data transfer, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it during the service term.
You agree that we may use anonymized, aggregated operational metrics for performance optimization and feature development.
Warranty
Implied warranties excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable lawExcept as required by mandatory law, we make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
- Interruptions caused by backbone network or carrier failures
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, government actions, or pandemics
- Failures of third-party services such as payment processors or upstream bandwidth providers
- Hacking or malicious third-party actions
- Damage or loss resulting from user error
- Third-party claims arising from content you host
- Service suspension required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Liability Cap
Cumulative liability capped at fees paid in the most recent periodFor all claims related to this agreement or the service, VukCloud's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us during the most recent calendar month prior to the dispute.
The following types of damages are excluded even if we have been advised of their possibility:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or the commercial value of data
- Losses due to business interruption
If applicable law in a particular jurisdiction does not permit the above limitations, this clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
Suspension & Termination
You may cancel auto-renewal; we may terminate under specific conditionsVoluntary Termination
You may disable auto-renewal at any time in the console. Service will stop at the end of the current cycle, and fees paid are non-refundable.
Termination by Platform
We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate service without notice and without refund in the following circumstances:
- Violations of the prohibited activities in Section 4
- Billing overdue by more than 72 hours
- Suspected fraud or illegal use
- Legal obligation to cooperate with law enforcement or regulators
- Actions that seriously harm the platform or other users
Data Deletion
After service termination, all instance data associated with the account will be permanently deleted within 72 hours. This action is irreversible.
Agreement Updates
The online version is authoritative; continued use constitutes acceptance of updatesWe may revise this agreement from time to time. Revisions take effect when published on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the effective date. Already-purchased and unexpired cycles remain primarily governed by the previous version.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction of the operating entity.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
