FAQ

Questions & Answers

How soon can I start using it after ordering?
Fully automated delivery — your machine is typically ready to connect within 5 minutes of payment. Access credentials will be sent to your registered email.
What's the difference between daily billing and a subscription?
Daily billing is a one-time payment — resources are released automatically at expiry with no further charges. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly are subscriptions that auto-renew at expiry; cancel anytime in the console and your service remains active until the end of the current cycle.
Can I use Xcode, iOS Simulator, and other dev tools?
Absolutely. You get a full macOS bare-metal machine, so Xcode, iOS Simulator, Instruments, Fastlane, Homebrew, and all native dev tools work without any restrictions.
What's the difference between nodes?
All five nodes — Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, US East — are identically priced with the same hardware specs. Simply choose the node closest to your business or with the lowest latency for your needs.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other Stripe-supported payment methods. All payment data is encrypted with 256-bit TLS — VukCloud never stores any card details.
What is the Thunderbolt 5 Interconnect service for?
TB5 Interconnect physically connects multiple Mac Minis via Thunderbolt 5, delivering up to 80 Gbps inter-node bandwidth. Ideal for build farms, render clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and other multi-machine workloads. You don't need it if you're running a single machine independently.
